Terms marked with a dotted underline throughout the documentation are explained when you hover over them. Here they all are in one place.

General

The character you type before a command name so Lucie recognizes it. ! by default, configurable per server with !setprefix.
Commands that show up in Discord’s menu when you type ”/”, with no prefix needed. They work even if you install Lucie as a user app.
Conversational mode: Lucie answers in chat without needing commands. Toggled per server with !ai.
The server’s custom invite (discord.gg/name) that people can show in their status.
An upgrade a member gives the server with Discord Nitro; whoever gives it is a booster.

Snipes

Recovering a message that was just deleted in the channel.
Lucie’s own in-memory record of recent messages, separate from Discord’s cache. It’s what lets her cover the full 2 hours.
The temporary memory where Discord keeps recent messages; it is limited and clears itself.

Moderation

A numbered record of a sanction — who issued it, why, and when — that you can look up later with !case.
All of a user’s cases on the server. You look it up with !modlogs.
Discord’s native temporary silence: they can’t type or speak until it expires.
Deleting many messages at once; Discord only allows it for messages under 14 days old.
Banning and instantly unbanning: it kicks the person out and clears their recent messages along the way.
An automatic sanction once warnings pile up, following whatever you configured on the dashboard.

Security

A mass, coordinated wave of accounts joining to spam or attack a server.
Isolating a member by removing their roles until their case is reviewed.

Music

The list of songs waiting to play: they run in order once the current one ends.
When the queue runs out, Lucie keeps going on her own with similar songs.
A fade between songs: the end of one blends into the start of the next.

Giveaways

Drawing again among the entrants to pick a different winner.
Counting voice time or status from now on, before the giveaway even exists.

Community

Temporary voice channels: created when you join one and deleted on their own once empty.
The separate avatar you can have inside one specific server.
A couple’s affection gauge: it climbs with every interaction between those two people.
